4. Clothing Exchange Rules

4.1 Listing Requirements

When listing items for exchange on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the items, including their condition, size, brand, material, and any defects or signs of wear
• Upload clear photographs that accurately represent the items
• Only list items that are clean, in good wearable condition, and free from major damage, stains, or excessive wear
• Only list items that you legally own and have the right to exchange

4.2 Exchange Process

When engaging in an exchange with another user, you agree to:

• Communicate honestly and promptly with the other party
• Follow through with the agreed-upon exchange terms
• Ship items in a timely manner when shipping is involved
• Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Use tracked shipping methods when possible

4.3 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being listed or exchanged on our platform:

• Counterfeit or replica items
• Stolen merchandise
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Items that have been recalled by the manufacturer
• Items that violate any laws or regulations
• Used underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel
• Items with offensive, discriminatory, or hateful imagery or text
• Any non-clothing items, unless specifically allowed in our guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PiralteSwap and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of the service.

8. Governing Law
